Saturday morning James and I took the boys on a hike - I was very proud of Wesley. 

Does it look like they are enjoying themselves or what? 

Playing in the wagon, wesley lookin daper, sword fights with broomsticks, dinner, mouths full of marshmellows, hangin with the fam - it's what camping is all about. 

Just before the "great crash" a neighbor camper and her four children decided to snack on my chips! 

This past weekend we went camping with James, Angela, Cole and Carter Johnson. Mike and Kari Leon joined us as well. It was a great place up on Mt. Diablo in the East Bay. Here is a shot of Cole just before a HUGE wipeout. This happened just 5 minutes after arriving. Luckily nothing was broken and nothing lasting - but it sure didn't look fun... 

What'cha guys doin over there? 

Wes on his new scooter. He said, "Mommy, can I please get a scooter like Carter and Cole have?" And so it begins...
