Coming Soon

So there are more readers than I thought...heh heh heh...

I am getting emails wondering if we are moving to Italy. Wouldn't THAT be something! No, actually just across town. We moved into this house to help start our real estate business, and now our time here is up. I am more than ready to stop moving around (see last post) so I couldn't be happier, although it has been a nice year in a more than nice house. Our next step is to sell and then find a place to rent while we look for a long term solution to buy/build/renovate. Hopefully it won't end up being a VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER.

And Italy?

That's a WORK TRIP for Jason and I get to tag along! I am freaking out beside myself at the prospect. 10 days on a cruise starting in Barcelona and making 7 stops in France and Italy. I can hardly wait to see Florence and Capri and Rome...the art! the architecture! the food! the caffe latte! the shopping! This can get me through any hard moments for the next 3 months.

Anyway, hopefully that clears up any misconceptions that we have purchased a villa in Tuscany. Although I might just check the listings...

Spring has arrived

I wasn't sure it was going to last, but it seems like it is, at least for this week...it's been in the 80's already! The boys were out enjoying the back yard today.

Overall I am feeling pretty stressed out. The house is going up for sale soon and there is a lot to do...I am so sick of packing up and moving that I could really just scream. The kids are constantly needing something or into something and it is hard to accomplish much of anything in a given day. There are six of us in the house right now with Jason's mom here and she is great, but it is more stressful having a fuller house and trying to help her get a plan when we hardly have one of our own. And, I am desperately fighting to not get this cold that keeps threatening me. That's the down side.

The upside is, we're going to Italy! Only 3 more months!

And, the kids are pretty darn cute. They got their summer shoes today and they were beside themselves with excitement. Thomas took his nap in his Crocs. haha

Nathan is soooo close to crawling, the poor guy gets so frustrated when he can't quite scooch himself far enough to reach something. It's making me a little crazy but I know it will get really a lot busier as soon as he can go very far!

Anyway...rant over. Let's enjoy the sunny day.
