We're having a little heat wave here in Redwood City. It was 87 yesterday and I can tell already it's going to be equally hot or hotter today. I've closed the house up to keep it cool. I was ready for spring, and it came quick! I don't think it's staying...but we will enjoy what we have.
Nathan's favorite thing to do is to root around the front yard and look for snails. He'll gather up all he can find and play with them for the longest time. He is usually pretty nice to them (although he did accidentally step on one this morning), and they seem to like him too. He'll hold them in his hand and they'll put their little feelers out and crawl all over him. I personally think they are pretty gross...but I am trying to be supportive. haha

Wendy you have three boys... snails are not aloud to be gross in your house.
