9 years! In about 5 days it will have been 9 years since Wendy and I wed. I think it has also been about 9 years since I have posted anything on this blog. She has taken over. That is OK with me as I think that she is doing a teriffice updating everyone on the happenings of our lives. In any case, I feel like the luckiest man on the planet to have been given Wendy as a gift from God. She has been my friend, partner, lover, business partner, mother to my children (that alone deserves a hefty award) and wife for 9 years.
Tomorrow night we are going on an over night in the city (San Francisco) for those of you that think the "city" is Witchita. We are staying at a fun boutique Victorian hotel call the Nob Hill Hotel. If you are visiting our area I would STRONGLY recommend this place. Then we are going to dinner at the First Crush Restaurant. We have never been there but it looks like a swank place.
the kids (all 3) are being graciously taken by Mike and Marian Livingston for 24 full hours. I am so excited I can hardly stand it! On Saturday we are going to meander through the streets of San Fran and enjoy the holiday spirit. If that was not enough we are going to a dance put on by our church on Saturday night (www.bacc.cc) and get a chance to cut the rug.
I don't know what I would do without Wendy. We have had so many fun time, so many challenges and so many laughs. Life has been so rich with her by my side. Honey, I love you.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! Hope you had a great time in Frisco. We were going to go there on Saturday but sickness prevented us. Maybe we would have passed on the street or something :) Nice to get time away...
